Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- Once your order is in the preparation stage for shipment, it cannot be canceled.
- If your order is canceled, we will void your payment authorization. Please note that it may take several business days for the funds to be released back into your account.
Combined Shipping Credits For Separate Orders:
- If you place multiple orders that are shipped together, you will receive a store gift card for the combined shipping credit.
- To be eligible for the best combined shipping discounts and promotional offers, items must be purchased together.
Damages & Issues:
- Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us if there are any issues. Photos are required, so please include them with your message.
- If an item that qualified your order for a specific promotional offer is refunded, the discount applied will be deducted from your refund amount.
Return Policy:
- All sales are final. Returns are only accepted in case of an error with your order.
- If you have issues with your order, please contact us immediately and be sure to provide photos. We are here to help.
- Ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order, as we are not responsible for shipping issues caused by incorrect addresses.
- A 40% restocking fee will apply if your order is returned to the sender. Please note that all shipping, insurance, packing materials, and handling costs are non-refundable. If you received discounted or free shipping with your order, the shipping costs will be deducted from any remaining refund amount.
- We regret that we cannot issue refunds for items returned in damaged condition.
Returns:
- If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label to the email associated with your account. Please note that we do not accept items returned without prior return approval.
- To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item within five business days in the same condition as when you received it.
- After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of your refund. If your return is accepted, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
