Shipping policy
Your order ships from Guam, USA via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Because Guam is a U.S. territory, we are able to offer domestic USPS shipping rates, though delivery times will be longer due to distance and transportation logistics involved.
Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
USPS Priority Mail
Estimated delivery: 1–2 weeks
Priority Mail shipments travel by air and are the fastest and most reliable option.
USPS Ground Advantage (Economy)
Estimated delivery: 2–6 weeks
Ground Advantage shipments may travel by air or by sea depending on package size and available cargo space.

Small packages usually travel by air and arrive in approximately 7–14 days, but may take around 6 weeks if traveling by cargo ship.
- Larger or heavier packages will travel by cargo ship, which often takes up to 6 weeks or longer.
Please keep these timelines in mind when selecting your shipping method during checkout.
USPS may display an “Expected Delivery” date in tracking updates. Please note that this is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered at checkout is complete and accurate. Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.
Packages Returned Due To An Incorrect Address
If an order is returned to us because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address, the customer will be responsible for all additional shipping and handling charges required to reship the package to the correct address.
If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, a 40% restocking fee will apply to all returned-to-sender orders. Please note that all shipping, insurance, packing materials, and handling costs are non-refundable. If your order qualified for discounted or free shipping, the actual shipping costs incurred by us will be deducted from any remaining refund amount.
Packages Delivered To An Incorrect Address
If an order is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer but the address was entered incorrectly, we are not responsible for the loss of the package. No refund, replacement, store credit, or claim reimbursement will be issued for orders that are successfully delivered to the shipping address supplied during checkout and do not make their way back to us.
Tracking Information
USPS parcels are not always scanned in as accepted at the Guam origin facility before leaving the island. When this happens, the first tracking update may not appear until the package reaches the next processing facility, which is typically Hawaii.
Because the travel from Guam to Hawaii usually takes 3–4 business days, it is possible for tracking to remain unchanged during that time. If the parcel travels by sea, tracking may not update again until it reaches the next major sorting facility.
Tracking scans are not guaranteed and may be limited while the parcel is in transit.
If you do not see tracking updates immediately after shipment, this does not mean the package is not moving.
Processing & Handling Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days from Guam.
- Orders are shipped Monday–Friday
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been prepared for shipment.
- Larger orders may ship in multiple packages
If you have special shipping requests, please contact us before placing your order, as we are unable to hold paid orders.
Combined Shipping
To receive combined shipping discounts and promotional offers, please add all items to your cart and complete checkout in a single transaction.
Orders placed separately cannot be combined after purchase and will ship individually.
Delayed or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived by the maximum delivery timeframe listed above for your selected shipping method, we can request a Missing Mail Search with USPS.
USPS must confirm the parcel as lost before an insurance claim can be filed.
Please note:
- USPS insurance claims typically take up to three weeks to process, though they may take longer.
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued until USPS completes the claim process.
Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method during checkout, especially if your order is time-sensitive.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
To process an insurance claim, we will require:
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
Please retain all packaging materials until the claim process is completed
Refunds or replacements will not be issued until USPS completes the claim process.
Delivered But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please:
- Verify the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Check with others at your residence who may have received the package.
- Contact your local post office immediately.
Your mail carrier should have GPS delivery confirmation or may remember the delivery. If the parcel was delivered to the wrong address (such as a neighbor), it may take a few days for it to be returned to the post office and redelivered.
Responsibility After Delivery
USPS follows a “No Fault After Delivery” policy. Once a package has been delivered to the address provided, responsibility for the package transfers to the recipient.
We cannot offer insurance or protection for packages after they have been delivered. Once USPS confirms that your shipment has been delivered, any issues must be addressed directly with USPS. We recommend immediately contacting the local post office where your parcel was processed for assistance.
