Vintage/New-Old-Stock Item Disclaimer

This is an older collectible item that is still new in its original box. Because of its age, the clear rubber bands used by the manufacturer to secure the item to the packaging insert may have become fragile and can break easily. In some cases, this may occur during or after shipment, causing pieces to come loose from the packaging insert.

This is a normal age-related condition commonly found in vintage and older collectible toys and is not considered a defect. By purchasing this item, you acknowledge and accept that the original packaging materials may have deteriorated over time and that items may arrive loose or become loose inside the box due to the failure of the original factory-installed rubber bands. Such age-related deterioration of packaging materials is not considered damage caused by the seller or the shipping carrier.
