Cancellation & Refund Policy: 

We apologize that the transaction fees for cancellations initiated by the buyer are non-refundable. 

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order, as transaction fees are non-refundable for cancellations due to an incorrect address.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment, it cannot be cancelled.

 

Combined Shipping Credits For Separate Orders:

If you place multiple orders and they are shipped together, you will receive a store gift card for the combined shipping credit.

Items must be purchased together to be eligible for our best combined shipping discounts and promotional offers.

A 30% restocking fee will be charged if your order is returned to sender. Please note that all shipping, insurance, packing material, and handling costs are non-refundable. If you received discounted or free shipping with your order, the shipping costs are deducted from the remaining refund amount. We regret that we cannot issue refunds for items returned in a damaged condition. Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order to avoid delivery issues.

 

Returns: 

If your return is approved, we will send you the return shipping label via the email listed on your account. Please note that we do not accept items returned without prior return approval. To be eligible for a refund, you must return the item within five business days in the same condition as when you received it. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval of the refund. If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method. It may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
